Returns & Damages
We aim for zero-defect picking and careful consolidation. Please follow the steps below for any issues.
On Delivery
Inspect pallets/cartons immediately. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery note before signing.
Reporting Window
Shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos, lot codes, and quantities.
Pre-authorisation
All returns require a written RMA from FCR. Items must be unopened and in resaleable condition unless otherwise agreed.
Non-returnable items: Temperature-sensitive goods, dated/perishable items approaching expiry, personal care/OTC items where hygiene sealing is broken, and special orders.
